If you have forgotten the user name or the password

If you have forgotten the user name or the password, you can initialize the

MediaEdge-STB3. Once the MediaEdge-STB3 is initialized, the user name will be

[admin] with no password set. Once the MediaEdge-STB3 is initialized, start it up in

the normal operation mode.

1: To initialize the MediaEdge-STB3, enter the following:

[root@POLARIS /home]# setdef

1 2 ... 54 55 56 57 58 59 60 61 62 63 64 ... 67 68
